My wife and I had just started entertaining the idea of buying a house, and Kaylee was recommended by our Agent. We already had a few pre-approvals, but we figured why not get another. Kaylee not only got us pre-approved quickly, but shared with us a wealth of information. Between answering all of our random texts and phone calls and emails, to sending over videos explaining the entire process, to running numbers for us for every situation imaginable (what if we upped the down payment by $2k, what if we bought a house for $5k cheaper, that type of stuff) and she never once complained, missed a beat, and always answered very promptly.

After finding our home, Kaylee hoped on a call with us and our agent and went over all of our loan options again, for that specific house. We were able to make an offer and she was even able to get us down to a 21 day close, and we were cleared to close in just 4 days. We had always been told the closing period was the worst part, that our loan company would demand mountains of paperwork, but nope. 4 days (and most of those 4 days was just us waiting) and we were told we were good to go. We really appreciated that, as it let us focus on inspections, prepping to move, etc.

Long story short, Kaylee was great, and we were very lucky to find her. I'd highly recommend her, and my wife and I plan to send all of our friends to her as they start their journeys, and plan to go back to her as well refinance, sell, or whatever happens in the future!

Kaylee is great at what she does! She made everything seamlessly easy. She made sure everything was right and also made sure I understood everything in the process of buying a house. As a first time buyer I felt very comfortable and it made it great because the communication was on point! When working on a life purchase and you have someone to make you feel like they aren’t there just for the money but there to help you make the right decisions made it feel right at home! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!

Kaylee is very knowledgeable about the VA loan and was able to answer every question I had. She has a very warm and inviting personality so even when I felt might’ve been asking stupid or very obvious questions she always made me feel comfortable to ask. She made a full break-down spreadsheet of different options and held several zoom meetings with my husband and I to ensure we were well-informed. When we experienced a hiccup with the interest rate she made sure to research into all options and proactively found a solution. Kaylee made the process so easy, stress free and was really able to dumb it down for a person who knows very little about the home buying process. I’m happy to have had her on my team and I would no doubt go to her again!
